• Application Form & Appointment: Online pre-application form and mandatory interview appointment booked via the Consular Automation System. • Passport: Valid for at least 6 months beyond the arrival date in Türkiye. • Biometric Photos: Two 5x5 cm biometric photos. • University Admission: Official acceptance letter from a Turkish university. • Tuition & Fees: Receipt for tuition payment or proof of a scholarship/bursary. • Financial Proof: 6-month bank statement and/or sponsor asset certificates, alongside a notarized sponsorship letter with a copy of the sponsor's ID. • Travel & Accommodation: Paid travel/medical insurance covering the stay, plus flight bookings/tickets and proof of accommodation. • Civil & Legal Records: Birth certificate, criminal record (police clearance certificate), and medical examination results. • Visa Fee: $60 non-refundable single-entry fee (paid in cash at the interview).
